About Me
Loretta lives in the West Midlands with her husband and two children, both of whom are autistic—her daughter has ASD and ADHD, and her son has ASD with mental health challenges. Having navigated the complexities of parenting neurodivergent children while managing her own anxiety since childhood, she deeply understands the challenges of stress, overwhelm, and self-doubt. Diagnosed with Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD) in 2012, she has faced low self-esteem, imposter syndrome, and feelings of inadequacy firsthand.
As an Anxiety & Neurodiversity Support Coach, Loretta has developed a powerful toolkit of coping strategies that have helped her transform her own mindset and well-being. Now, she is passionate about helping other women—especially mothers of neurodivergent children—break free from anxiety, burnout, and the weight of self-doubt. She offers a compassionate, practical approach to building resilience, confidence, and inner calm.
Through her coaching, retreats, and supportive community, Loretta empowers women to shift from survival mode to a place of peace, purpose, and self-acceptance. You don’t have to navigate this journey alone—take the first step toward a lighter, more fulfilling life today.
